PROPORTIONAL RADIO REMOTE CONTROL

Datek radio remote control system D6003 is developed for safe control of loader cranes, winches, excavators, drilling rigs and many other machines with hydraulic valves. The control system is based upon standardised, easily interchangeable basic units and ergonomic design.

On-line calibration offers a simple method of obtaining the required control characteristics. Calibration settings may be selected for more than 20 functions including start speed, max speed, linearity, direction and overload. Three calibration settings may be saved in memory banks.

The flexible D6003 system suits a large variety of hydraulic valves.

The transmitter is available with paddle controls and/or joysticks as well as cabin and/or cable control.

RADIO REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM MIDI

Datek MIDI system is developed for radio remote control in tough industrial applications.

Datek joysticks are delivered with clearly defined speed steps or with proportional control for EOT cranes, loader cranes, drilling rigs, excavators, winches etc. Up to 60 functions can be operated simultaneously.

Functions such as start speed, max. speed, linearity, direction, speed set and overload switching may be calibrated on-line. Up to three different settings can be saved in memory banks from which the operator may select the most suitable setting for the duty.

Thanks to a special joystick the MIDI operator may control hoists or cranes individually or in tandem using the same hand grip. The MIDI system allows one operator to control up to three cranes individually or in tandem or up to three operators to control one crane. All commands are assumed and relinquished by active requests.

The Datek MIDI system is delivered with standard batteries, a battery charger, waist belt or shoulder strap and a receiver unit.

JOYSTICK RADIO TRANSMITTER

Datek joystick transmitter D2001/D2801 for radio remote control is developed for tough industrial applications. The control system is based upon standardised, easily interchangeable basic units and ergonomic design. All controllers are protected against mechanical damage.

Datek joysticks are delivered with 2, 4 and 6 clearly defined speed steps or proportional control with analogue output for control of AC or DC variable speed drive units.

Well defined off positions prevent manoeuvring errors. All movements can be controlled simultaneously. A special joystick enables an operator to control cranes and crabs individually and/or in tandem using the same hand grip. Multi-operator mode allows up to 3 operators to control 1-3 cranes individually or in tandem. The crane operator has exclusive control of the crane/cranes until he actively relinquishes that control. The system can handle up to 68 on/off functions.
